RETURNS

We will happily offer a refund or credit note, subject to the following.
– You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Item must be unused and in original packaging.

DUBAI & ABU DHABI RETURNS
– Please contact us at info@themode.ae stating your order number and reason for return.
– We will arrange our local courier company to collect your package within 1-3 business days.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
– If approved, we will process your refund amount minus the shipping cost of AED 25.
Refunds will be processed with 7-14 business days depending on your bank.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please contact us at info@themode.ae stating your order number and reason for return.
– You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
– If approved we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed with 7-14 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation Policy
– You can cancel an order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by you the customer. Please allow for up to 7-14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
– Any order cancelled that has already been shipped will incur the shipping charge,  you will be informed of the amount at the time of cancellation notification.
